MOTO+PARA™ Main Operating Bases (MOB) are designed and engineered utilizing MOTOPARA Foundation™’s principles of NET ZERO carbon footprint building construction and operations.
Every MOB is built with low to no impact to the environment or community it serves. Features include waste-2-energy gasification and CO2-to-energy generators, solar, wind, hydrostatic energy, repurposed recyclables, and the use of the Foundation’s proprietary prefab modular construction systems for the buildings themselves, which render them to be transportable/non-permanent and permanent structures. The MOBs are essentially what the military defines as a permanently manned, well-protected base, used to support permanently deployed forces, and with robust air and sea access. This term is used to differentiate major strategic military facilities versus smaller, temporarily manned contingency tactical locations such as Forward Operating Bases.
We follow this structure with MOBs being the main base of operations for each Response Service Area (RSA) providing, support to all MOTO+PARA™ operations within an RSA, including but not limited to; hangars, maintenance & repair of vehicles, emergency communication management, administrative offices and classrooms, sleeping quarters, medical, health and culinary services and recreation facilities, helipad with helicopter hangars, and airport operations.
The MOBs modular, pre-fabricated components allow for easy add-ons to accommodate expansion and additional services. MOBs are built and run using MOTO+PARA Labs™ technology and methodologies in order to showcase and educate on how to live healthy sustainable lives.
